Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Agnew - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Success in this role
  • Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded.
  • Quote-to-bind rate improving quarter over quarter.
  • Strong retention and cross-sell from proactive policy reviews.
  • Cultivating your own personal following with raving-fan reviews.

  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) 20-44 or 2-20
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) 2-15

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SALARY RANGE The salary range is based on experience in the insurance industry and current licensing. Limited to no experience and no current insurance licensing will be offered at the very beginning of the salary range. The rest of range can be negotiated based on experience and licensing.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
